Careers

Careers with real traction.

Roles across the UK – on the road, in the workshop, and in the ops centre. If you like solving problems and looking after people while you do it, you’ll fit right in.

No two days the same.

You won’t be on autopilot here. Every call is different, every scene has its own challenges, and there’s usually someone at the other end having a tough day. Assisting our clients – calmly and properly, first time – is the essence of the job.

That’s why we hire for temperament as much as skill. Stay level-headed, think clearly, and put people at ease when they need it most – we can teach you the rest.

Where you’d fit in.

We recruit right across the business – from recovery operatives and technicians out on the road, to our operations, customer service, and administration teams. Some of our people bring decades of experience, but others arrive ready to start and build their career with us.

Learn on the job.

We’d rather build and develop skills than buy them in. Training runs right through the business, delivered by our own in-house team alongside IVR (Institute of Vehicle Recovery) training, management development, and online courses open to everyone.

Recovery Driver Apprenticeship

Get your Class 2 licence while drawing a salary – fully funded by us. You’ll learn the recovery trade from the ground up and pick up IVR training along the way. Earn while you train, and come out the other side qualified.

Apprenticeships

We’re members of the 5% Club, with apprenticeship routes across the business including administration and customer service. We work with local colleges, and apprenticeships are open to any age – a change of direction is every bit as welcome as a first job.

Armed Forces Covenant

We’re proud signatories of the Armed Forces Covenant, supporting service personnel and their families as they move into civilian work. If that’s the road you’re on, there’s a place for you here.

Hear it from the team

We could tell you what it’s like. They’ll tell you better.
